The name of the restaurant, Antico Tannino, has ancient origins: it comes from the old factory located in the square in front of the restaurant, that extracted tannin from oak and chestnut trees.
Even today the locals call this place "tannin"...
In the restaurant there is a photogallery dedicated to this memories.
The symbol with three little trees was chosen as a tribute to the past and also because it's an omen of prosperity according to the eastern philosophy.
